PROJECT OVERVIEW

As part of our mini capstone at Algonquin College, our team developed Anonymous Dissent, an open-world multiplayer RPG. Explore a dynamic world on foot or by driving various vehicles. Master skills through a branching skill tree, while engaging in diverse combat encounters, express emotions with a variety of emotes, and encounter roaming AI characters for an immersive experience.

  • Detailed vehicle mechanics and interactions

  • Custom controls to allow for smooth handling

  • Ability to drive or ride as a passenger

Skill Tree System

  • Modular Skill system that allows players to purchase upgrades to improve game-play experience

Combat System

  • Enables players to enter/ exit Close-quarters Combat mode to perform various unique melee attacks

Note: All game systems and features are fully networked to work smoothly in a multiplayer setting.
